This is especially true when you've had the week SnowFox Solution has had. We're talking about epic views, bold ideas, and a lot of face time with the people shaping what's next in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Knowledge 25 brought over 25,000 people to Las Vegas, and SnowFox Solutions showed up ready to talk clean delivery, build real connections, and raise the bar for what a boutique ServiceNow partner can do.

Big Themes, Big Moves

From the opening keynote, one thing was clear: AI isn't a someday thing; it's here. And, a right-now priority. ServiceNow launched its new AI Platform to put "any AI, any agent, any model" to work across the enterprise.

We also saw bold announcements around CRM, workflow automation, and upskilling through the new ServiceNow University. All this news points toward a more unified, intelligent platform experience.

The High Roller Meet Up

We took our meet-up 550 feet above the Strip. With back-to-back nights aboard the High Roller Observation Wheel, we created a space to connect and have the kind of conversations that don't happen in a crowded booth.

No slide decks. No noise: Just Navigators, ServiceNow pros, and real dialogue. Not to mention, the views were incredible.

Hackathon Honors

Not to toot our own horn, but...our team "Glide or Die" walked away with an honorable mention at this year's Hackathon.

From Alex Moss (a 2022 Kable Academy grad) to platform veteran Favian V. and technical consultant Jared Cove, the team showed up with talent and teamwork.

With all the hype around ServiceNow's private concert at the Sphere, one of us had to check that out.
